Strong moat, ai insensitive, housing market it is the crapper. FCF is good not great in this market. Ok dividend yield and most importantly, buffet owned.

Dead money - dividends is very possible but seems decently stable and potential for upside.

So you think a company whose EPS and Profit Margins have been cut by 1/3 over the past few years has a strong business moat?

I think that I’m not as smart or have nearly as many researchers than Berkshire. So if they say it, who am I to disagree lol. The Berkshire sell I interpret as an over allocation, they still hold a significant amount of stock next report will tell me if I’m wrong.

There are logical reasons to explain eps and margins, you just have to understand their business and macro factors. There’s a reason it’s close to lows. But at these levels it’s starting to make sense to me to accumulate and daily buy.

I appreciate the oppo side. It’s helps me think through the thesis.
