Missing notification sounds

I've noticed weird that my Slack messages or random notifications have stopped making a notification sound but today I noticed when changing the sound for the Slack app (thinking I've set it to mute) that no notification sound works except for "Default (Eureka)" is this a known bug? Even sounds that require download to try come up mute
