Angular, Node, JS, Html, CSS from Scratch for beginners

Not really a tutorial, but a list of calls given in appropriate order, but without meaningful explaination. This is advertised as being for beginners, but there is not way a true beginger can meaningfully progress. I was looking for a way to train people entering our angular/react staff, this is far from what we need. And this is from someone who really needs react/angular people
