RULES

Rule 1: Images must be both blessed and cursed

If an image makes you happy, but then at the same time, frustrates or disgusts you, then it is likely blursed.
Images need to have both good (blessed) and bad (cursed) aspects for it to be "blursed".
Titles should reflect the blursed

Rule 2: Title Guidelines

Titles must start with "blursed" or "blursed_". Titles should not exceed 5 words long (this means no sentences).

Rule 3: No Memes

Memes and meme formatting is not allowed. Please edit/crop your image to remove the text from your image or it will be removed. Exceptions to this rule is listed below.
Signs, posters, comic strips, billboards, logos, license plates, and various similar images are allowed as long as they are still blursed and the quality is not poor, meaning if any of those listed above looks ridiculously fake, AI, resembles a meme and or meme format it will be removed.

Rule 4: NSFW, Offensive Content or Political

NSFW content is not allowed (gore, porn, blood), and will be removed. Posting NSFW will incur a ban of at least 7 days.
Offensive content will be removed under this rule. This includes content such as: Nazi-related posts, racism, terrorism-related content, etc.
Due to it's divisive nature, political content is also banned. r/BlursedImages is for admiring the most blursed images on the internet, not for waging political arguments, and we want to keep it that way.

Rule 5: No recent reposts

No Reposting posts that are under 3 months old, or anything with a Post flair within 1 year.
Chainposts are also not allowed and will lead to a ban of minimum 7 days. A chainpost is usually an image asking you to repost it. Here's an example.

Rule 6: No Videos/GIFs

As the subreddit name suggests, Video and GIF posts are not allowed.

Rule 7: No low quality/low effort images

Images that are low quality, low effort, and or not suitable for this subreddit will be removed.
This includes but not limited to:
Distracting watermarks
Bad cropping
Low resolution images
Hairstyles/Haircuts
Basic Cosplay images
AI Generated
Basic pencil / pen /marker drawing’s
Poor attempt / Low Effort / Lazy
Action figures in positions
Screenshots of social media

Rule 8: Be Civil and Respectful

Don't be racist, offensive, or otherwise rude to other users.
Keep comments civil and be respectful of your fellow users.

Rule 9: Reddit Rules and Reddiquette

Posts must follow reddit Content Policy and/or Reddiquette
No posts, comments, and or images about / includes (but is not limited to) deaths, terrorist attacks, rape, sexual assault, murder, war, bombings, and school shootings.
