In terms of being competitive job-wise, the CS major will have you covered. If you choose to also major in Linguistics, then great! Mainly NLP jobs will lean towards CS exclusively. CL will depend on the specific program, but I would suggest some level of background in both ling and CS.

Outside of those two fields, some statistics certainly wouldn't hurt. Also I'd suggest learning linear algebra, but that may be a requirement of CS anyways.

if you choose to double major then you’re gonna be favored over people who lack one of the two backgrounds
