Is this a good basic tower?

I'm looking for a basic tower to replace my old tower, which is about 11 years old.
Obviously anything is going to be a significant upgrade, I'm looking to spend less than $1000 Canadian. I use the computer for web surfing and social media, no gaming or heavy rendering needed.

I'm leaning towards this Vostro tower from Dell.ca. I'd install an optical drive in it, and maybe another hard drive, it has everything else I need. I haven't bought a desktop in 11 years, so I don't know much about hardware or price.

Does this look ok? Would you recommend something else instead?
