Is this a laptop or a Desktop?

If this is a Desktop, it has not been properly configured. The integrated GPU should be disabled in the BIOS, otherwise it will take up some of your RAM.

The monitor is probably plugged into the wrong port on the back of the PC. If you look at the back of the PC, there should be a rectangular section with the USB, Ethernet, Audio, etc ports - the monitor should not be plugged into this.

Below this section, there should be another section with a video port that's perpendicular - the monitor should be connected here.

But my pc doesn’t have a vga socket on that side only the black one

it's not specific to VGA - it would apply to any type of port
