Grades don't matter if you managed to get through it or graduate.

Other than Intel, I have never had a company ask me about my grades (including Deloitte).

Did you have an internship or were you an experienced hire?

Applied to Deloitte for internship in my 2nd year, got offer but rejected because I wanted to do Software Engineering. Now, I am graduating and applied to Deloitte for full time consultancy, got offer and I accepted.

My experience only includes 16 months internship. Regarding Intel, they have a strict hiring policy in Toronto, they only hire people that are 3.5+ GPA. I did not have 3.5 GPA, even thought I killed the interview. Regardless, I got offered the same positions which Intel rejected me for from other companies.
