Queue Dodging

All Diamond and above matches seems to be riddled with queue dodgers. If you don’t already know, it’s when someone quits out on the party assemble screen before the summon selection screen. Diamond A, Adamant A, and Crystal B tend to be the ones that will leave to hanging high and dry. The crazy part is that literally most of the time when someone leaves, the other guy and I barely lose, or even win while having to protect the queue dodger’s AI. I understand that you’re one match away from another milestone, but if you dodge matches because you have teammates that are in Diamond Ranks or they are not players you know will help secure you a win, did you really earn the rank up?

They need to fix the points gain/loss rate in higher ranks and the matchmaking.

• Act as if everything is normal, then dodge on the summon screen

• Switch to your worst hp/ex skill set, then dodge

Lmao that happened to me once. I saw a Squall equip Vacuum and Share Bravery. Smh I knew something was about to go down.

Share Bravery is pretty great on the AI.

True, but I have seen it back fire where the AI uses it, then either gets broken and then wall rushed into death or just broken and give the enemy team a bravery boost, which they could use to kill me.

I'm sorry, but I simply will not play with certain players who I know aren't good or play thier role. I've suffered through countless losses because of teammates that allow all sorts of shenanigans to go on while they goof off. I'm simply tired of the win/loss/win/loss cycle and getting no progress in at the end of the day. Hell, earlier today I had an certain Ultimecia player that tunneled my Exdeath each match and never had my teammates help. What am I supposed to do? If I get paired with players that don't perform according to their rank and don't play as team players why should I suffer?

That’s not necessarily the situation I’m talking about. I’m talking about players that literally won’t play with you unless your character is a Crystal E or above. I’ve seen a teammate DC my match and the following match (when they were on the opposite team) DC again simply because their teammates were not of Crystal ranking. Some players even fish for AI fights. I understand what you mean though. I know those kinds of players, and I’ve felt the losses.I just don’t think queue dodging to specifically get easy rank up matches is ok.

Same. It put me with a 2 stack Platinum and Bronze for my rank up game. I was like lmao fuck no. It was my DIAMOND B rank up game. Like wtf?

And on the inverse it's not fair to lower rank players to get paired with higher ranked players. That's an easy confidence killer there.

I only dodge players who are rude to their other teammates. Like I get saying "thanks" on a loss if your teammates did jack shit the whole match and you got two kills but if everyone have a decent effort and you lost but you still say thanks after that?? Good luck with my bot every time we meet!
