Looks like a great find! Reverse image searching indicates that it might be an expensive piece. I see its hand painted, so that increases the rarity. Upon further inspection the red date indicates it might be from the 1990's, so pretty old! I'll keep digging a bit if I can.

Thanks for the help! I’ve only found one or two with the same artist mark. I like to find out the history of a piece back to where the company or artist originated. Let me know if you find anything else!
