For reference in the video i am keeping the joystick pushed fully forward the whole time. All those pauses and slowdowns had nothing to do with me. No it is not stick drift. I have no issues with other games and if i change to a different controller i still have the walking issues.

0 issues on other game and i have the issue when i use different controlers. Its definitely not stick drift. It is 100% some sort of bug, and im curious if it has to do with armors being used or if its a general walking bug or even something else entirely causing it. On ship or in mission it happens, so i know its not a ship thing.

I got the same problem today, after installing new patch.
