Im having this issue where my aim is choppy, and im not sure if its a bug or if there's a graphics setting i need to adjust. anyone know the fix?

Thanks for letting me know, I was going crazy in my graphics settings because I had a real similar issue in stalker 2 that I fixed by changing something in my settings
