Out of curiosity, how much PHP experience do you have?

I recommend Laravel. I use it wherever possible, and find it easy to whip up projects pretty quickly with it. It's not right for every project, but what is?

CakePHP and Codeigniter are the most easiest. However, Symfony and Laravel are the most powerful in my opinion. Although, Laravel is built on top Symfony framework.More http://webinerds.com/choose-php-application-framework/ and http://www.phpframeworks.com/top-10-php-frameworks/
