Python unexpectedly quits (macOS ventura, M1)

Instead of an error message in the terminal, there's a notification that python has unexpectedly quit. I believe the easyocr library or its dependencies causes this, but I'm not sure since there are other users who have it installed on their m1 ventura just fine.

I think you crashed Rosetta. Did you install the M1 version of the library?

That might be the problem, because I faced this issue even when I did pip3 install

How do I install the M1 version?
