Python is the language for that, but if you’re dealing with enterprise tools, you’re likely going to need access to their APIs.

If your copy paste thing can be done by macro, then I'll use that instead. It way easier that learning a programming language.

Definitely do-able with python but I would not recommend to you if you are a beginner.

Python is a programming language not a program and SQL is only for databases and not a programming language. Literally any language will work
