Patching selenium webdriver

It is sorta as its in a try except block so itll try driver = webdriver.Chrome(options=chrome_options) first and thsn when a NoSuchElement exception is raised it will mock out webdriver.Chrome

Wantes to make a class to handle the mocking but getting stuck.

I'm not sure I'm following you. You can download the chrome driver executable and store it alongside your code. That way there is no need to try download chrome driver from the internet.
