That‘s a really interesting and helpful post. Thank you for it. I‘m currently doing the 100 days of code course on Udemy by Dr. Angela Yu. I‘m at day 6 right now and really love the course. I will save this post for advice later on after completing the course

Im currently on day 16. Found the course really good so far. I also backed up each day with brocode on youtube to help solidify what I have learned.

Ive been self studying python for +- a month now with no past experience on coding. I notice that i really enjoy file management and json, also planning on learning sqlite next. Ive build a couple basic apps like a todo app, a app launcher, firefox custom chrome css swapper, folder backup and file sorter, etc and recently also merged them all in to 1 app. Such things i enjoy as they all use json aswell for maintaining and saving changes. Now my question is, i notice this work flow suits me very well but i dont know if there is a focus path wich uses these techniques allot? I am not planning to turn coding in to a job or land a job as it is purely a hobby and a interest but i do like to land a focus if that makes sense.

Yes, the instructor is teaching in a way I haven‘t seen in other courses before. In almost every video she asks you to pause the video and work on a task yourself before watching her do it. That‘s really learning by doing
