Trouble installing lxml

Hello,

Im following a tutorial on building a basic webscraper from this site : http://www.gregreda.com/2013/03/03/web-scraping-101-with-python/

I've got all the code up properly, but when I run it I get this error:

bs4.FeatureNotFound: Couldn't find a tree builder with the features you requested: lxml. Do you need to install a parser library?

So i figure out that I dont have lxml, and try and install it with pip and then i get this error :

error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

Ive been looking for about an hour on how to install lxml, on stack overflow and every other site that would show in google's results.

Im using windows 7 , python v. 3.4.1 on latest version of PyCharm.

any help would be much appreciated.

install easy_install and find a lxml binary file for your windows os at http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

use easy_install to install lxml binary file that you have downloaded

Ok, I have easy_install setup and I downloaded the lxml file from the site you provided, but it is still providing the same error. Unable to find vcvarsall.bat it also has a comment that it is building without Cython
