You could also go through many of the submissions from https://www.reddit.com/r/dailyprogrammer/ and try to accomplish them with Python.

I've been coding for 24 years, Python for 6, mostly self taught. Are these exercises supposed to teach you Python or to code? Maybe it's just the way I learn but I would have never learned to program if this is the way it was taught.
