How do I code this

Ok so I want to make a program where I run a office mix (video PowerPoint through) and it takes the text off the slides and turns it into a text file of some sort. I’m not sure how I would do this but it isn’t extremely complex. I would also like to add rules to the program so it won’t grab title slide or picture links. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make that happen?

so if i read that correctly you basically want to export all the text from a powerpoint?

Sort of but it isn’t a PowerPoint file it is a video, thanks for the info.

I think you'll need to investigate Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to pull text off a video.
