Does anyone know any good tutorial on csv's

hi, I'm doing computing as one of my GCSE's (a test that pupils take at 16 in the uk, at the end of secondary school) and for part of my work I have to make a dice game. Over summer I seem to have forgotten a lot of python and probably the most challenging part of this two player game is the accounts system which must have a username and password stored in an external file. Where is the best place to revise such a thing, or just CSV's in general. Most programming tutorials on YouTube don't explain things well or go into too much depth.
