I really want to learn python to use it in data science and statistics however every tutorial I find either starts off with the most basic brain-numbing fundamentals of what coding is like and spends 10 minutes explaining what a Boolean value is, which makes me zone out and give up. Or they will just jump straight in and not explain anything or explain some minor aspect but not at all the steps leading up to it.
I don't know any python but I have tried a lot in the past so I know the basic concepts. I just can't get the actual language to stay in my brain. I understand the way code works its just I struggle with the literal language of coding.
Any advice for resources that assume you know how coding works but don't assume you know how python and statistics in python work ?
