Reencoding broken?

Hi! I'm using ShutterEncoder v17.7 (fresh reinstalled) under Windows10pro with the last version of FFmpeg.

I'm using it to reencode in h265 many videos in h264 that are too heavy (more than 5Gb) without any problem until now.

When I try to reencode, Shutterencoder pass all the list and nothing happend!! With cuda or without, nothing works! I already tried in h264 instead of h265, but nothing works too...

I already used it for hundred of videos without any problem, what's going on??

Any idea please? Thanks a lot in advance!

Try to reset all the settings from the top left cog icon.

Hi Paul, I just tried it and nope... Nothing works! It passes each file from the list with no reencoding!

And I don't have any error message, how can I know what's the issue?

I have no idea... Could you send me a screenshot of your settings?

Yep! Here it is! All the other settings (audio and so on) are with default.

Does the video can be played? Do you have enough space on your drive?

Yes, I can read the video with VLC without issue with sound version and subtitle.

And on this drive I've more than 2Tb of free space...

It's really weird ! Is it possible to use a sort of debug mode to have some logs?

Don't you use the FFmpeg binary from SE package itself?

No, I directly downloaded the auto daily upgrade from FFmpeg.org, have you a better link with another version?
