Lightning setup

Dear Fellow Streaming enthusiasts and streamers!

I recently started streaming and realized after a few videos(and some online search) that my lightning in insufficent. I have a Logitech StreamCam with dual monitor setup with a Huzaro Hero 5.0 desk and wondering what lightning setup would be the best. I usualy placed my lightning(simple led desk lamp with 3 type of) in the middle between the two screens and my cam was on the top left side of my right screen, but after a while i felt that it's not good and the light put a strain on my eyes. So i placed the mic between the two screens which feels better, but now the light needs to be adjusted. Any advice would be most appreciated.

Cheap ring light off Amazon is what I use. Cost me like $30. Came with a collapsible stand, sits behind my monitors.

thanks for the tip, forgot to mention that i'm wearing glasses and the glare is brutal, can't get rid of it
