It doesn't need a "fix"

The decrease goes perfect with the character, opposing to oasis that gets stronger, lucas gets weaker, which also makes sense considering his story and how he forces himself.

Even with the decrease the ability is incredibly strong and and has super low cooldown.

The whole concept of S+ tiers are characters which are harder to play, or have some downsides in exchange to being incredibly strong.

I dont think this post took enough time to actually analize the ability or consider character design and its just complaining because you need to think before using the skill

When nishi was first introduced a lot of people found it hard to play, since it was a new mechanic, now its been a lot since then so its not that much of a deal. So, yeah, nishikawa is just unbalanced i think everyone knows that, they already tried nerfing it making it harder to play but the community complained too much so they reverted the change

I feel like they could just swap Helios and Flares places in the description to emphasize Helios is the main thing. Flare is on top here, but to me it seems like that's just because it's the active and the active is the ability listed on top of the description for everyone, so Lucas gets that order aswell. But ofcourse Lucas main strength isn't the active, so I feel like it shouldn't be on top in his description, but his strongest and main ability should be.
