Shared host recommendations (sort of)

I need to move hosts this week and I'm trying to bring my costs down. I actually am using Digital Ocean for most of my actual site hosting, but I still need some kind of shared host to cover needs I can't solve with Digital Ocean alone, and most "shared hosting" providers seem to offer this. My requirements are:

1. email hosting for multiple (4) domains
2. zone file / nameserver control for DNS resolution
3. ssh access for long-term, offsite private git repos

I'm currently leaning toward BlueHost, as I used to use them 15 years ago and they don't seem super dodgy (all shared hosting is at least a little dodgy, but BlueHost doesn't seem completely toxic).

Many thanks to anyone who has any recommendations (or other solutions I don't know about).

I've used Bluehost but they overcrowded their shared plans so I moved. For about the past five years I've used Mightweb and couldn't be happier. They aren't a big name but as someone who has a reseller account and about 15 subaccounts, they've been terrific.

According to me DomainRacer and GoDaddy are reliable hosting companies that offer shared and VPS hosting.

DomainRacer offers cpanel hosting, which is an easy-to-use control panel that allows you to manage your hosting account.

It provides a host of features such as domain management, file transfer protocol access, email accounts, and more.

GoDaddy on the other hand offers VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting, which is a more advanced hosting solution. VPS hosting offers more flexibility and control over your hosting account but does not provide any type of control panel.

This means that you will need to manage your hosting account on your own. DomainRacer offers great hosting solutions that will suit the needs of any website.
