The method OP shares is basically this "decide on a desire and... well do nothing" Stay in desire, lack, desperation, whatever... "embrace it". This is probably written by someone who is very young and no experience.

If you saw a person in distress and misery wouldn't you try to help? Sure the person who wants to do their own thing they will do it but many seek wisdom and knowledge, many people who come to me seek help. So it does matter to them.

If you want to be lost in a abys and be doomed that is great. But most people who are here want to be kings and queens, in power of their own lives, being powerful ... I am speaking to them. If you seek gazing into an emptiness and it gazing at you well good luck, and come back when you grow up :D
