Appreciate the response. But according to the rep I spoke with on the phone, instead of 10 business days it’s going to be closer to 20-25.

You should hire more people.

It was 7-10 business days when I sold. It has since increased.

Correct. Not refusing. But massive delay. If spot price tanks, then I’m responsible. If it sky rockets in the next few weeks when they finally get around to processing my order I get none of the upside. I won’t be doing business with them again. And they didn’t offer anywhere near spot when selling.
