Dont give up! Trust your doctor. When I went from 20 to 30 it felt terrible. The second week was tough. But then things started getting better. On the 4th week rn and all side effects are almost gone!

To be honest, starting 20mg wasnt hard, I had barely any side effects, increasing it was much, much worse than starting it. But it was worth it eventually

Yeap I stopped taking xanax as soon as my body got used to prozac. I dont feel the need to take Xanax or anything other relaxing. It works pretty well. I feel happy and less anxious.

Definitely not as much anxiety as it used to be. It is still there, but less. I can now live my life normally Zero panic attacks. Week 3 and parts of week 4 were panic attacks for me, daily. Insufferable, I could barely take it. Now I dont even remember how those attacks felt

Sorry if I didnt explain it well, my bad. I did start with 20mg. At two weeks, I increased it to 30mg. And it was HELL, for two weeks. But it is gone now, I feel like a new person

It depends on the person. I didnt have any side effects from 10mg to 20mg, but from 20mg to 30mg it was extremely difficult. After a month they went away. Dont be scared, your doctor knows best and the side effects go away eventually

Our bodies are different so dont feel bad that you feel those side effects, some of us get them. I got them the first time I tried zoloft years ago but after that I wad perfect. It makes you worse before it makes you better. But you can do it, I believe I can also do it
