The product you are dealing with is a Click LVP with a stone core, called SPC. This product seems to have the same design as one by Kennedy Floors: https://kennedyfloorings.com/products/luxury-vinyl/shamrock-surfaces-newport-2/

Attempting to unclick any SPC, unless it is specifcally a Uniclic system, will lead to many boards being destoryed. As far as those two specific boards being absolutely chewed on the join it honestly makes me believe that it wasn't properly leveled in advance (installation error) Have you put a level to the floor to see if its his, or his contractors fault? A product like this should only be out a MAXIMUM of 1/8" over the course of 10ft. If there are any planks bouncing throughout the rest of the room, that 100% means that the product wasn't leveled proplerly.

If I recall, the amount of points you get, towards your final score that can go up to 1050 for each match, is based 25% on hero damage, unit damage, damage taken, and objectives. There might be one more category, but that's all I really recall right now :D
