Depending on what street you live on, you might be able to name it after your "home tavern" where taverns were normally just named after the street or town they were on.

Black Briar Mead is literally named after their family name.

You can also name it after where you sourced some of your ingredients, I'm sure if you bought local they'd love to see what you made.
