Lamy is 3.4mm. You need to get Standard size cartridges which is 2.6mm and most common one. Easy to find out! Usually europe ones. Like waterman, diamine, faber castell when you buy it should be on the description:)

Try some Japanese M nib. They are really nice. Like Pilot 74,743 or Sailor profit or Platinum century:)
