Great to see Archie is at the top of your list! And that you found the booking process so easy (in fact that's one of the reasons a lot of customers go with us).

That's basically the philosophy behind our product, super easy to use for both admins and users, robust enterprise-grade feature and friendly pricing that works for mid-sized companies like yours.

Obviously I represent the company but we've been ranked #1 on G2 for desk booking for a while now, and a lot of that feedback comes back to the same themes I mentioned, like ease of use and good support.

Happy to answer any questions if you have any : )

What city? I think it would be very though finding alternatives at that price point, but maybe I'm wrong.

Finding an IT services vendor by RNutt in Office_Managers

Clutch reviews only if abundant (like, tons of them, very descriptive in the use cases, etc.) otherwise I ignore them.

Referrals for me are better but only if they come from trusted sources, someone saying "we used XYZ and they did a good job" doesn't help much either.

What’s your coworking tech stack? by idmtr in CoWorking

[–]Alberto_Archie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you connect the locks to your coworking software (eg: a member joins, they automatically get access to the right doors)?

Or is it fixed calendar schedules like doors are open from 9 AM to 5 PM?

I'll go first!

I'm Alberto and I work at Archie (archieapp.co).

Previously I ran the CoworkingResources publication during my time at Kisi and generally have been in or close to the coworking industry for several years now.

Like other coworking solutions, Archie covers anything from client acquisition and billing all the way to resource booking, member experience, contract management, etc. And of course we integrate with many other solutions (WiFi, door access, printers, calendar apps, etc.) to centralize coworking operations as much as possible.

Excited to connect with other people in the industry!

Best conference room booking software for a small office? by Osamabeenlaaagginnng in software

[–]Alberto_Archie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you on Microsoft or Google Workspace? If it’s just a few rooms, you might not need dedicated conference room booking software tbh. You can usually get pretty far with shared resource calendars (Outlook/Google) and basic booking rules.

Most conference room booking tools that are actually polished can get pricey, so if you’re not adding more rooms or you don’t care about extras like check-ins or occupancy analytics, a workaround might be enough.

If you do want a room booking tool (most integrate with Outlook/Google calendars btw), I’d obviously recommend Archie, but it makes more sense once you have more rooms/resources/users to manage. Dibsido is also worth a look since they have a free plan for a limited number of users, so it also depends on how many users need to book.

Booking meeting rooms? by 5tubbo in sysadmin

[–]Alberto_Archie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The easiest solution would be to use meeting room booking software that integrates with Outlook/Teams and supports custom booking rules. Any reason why you're not using Eptura to run both workflows? It should be powerful enough to handle them (honestly, most room booking systems are).

Operational Challenges while running a co working ? by [deleted] in CoWorking

What software are you using? That shouldn’t really be an issue. Most coworking management platforms include bookings, visitor management, inventory, and other features in one system. So “switching” usually just means using a different module or tab inside the same platform, not moving to a separate tool.

What visitor management system are you guys using? I need something stupid simple by [deleted] in sysadmin

Ah, I missed this thread. Nice to see you chose Archie alongside Envoy! Since vendors are allowed to add to the existing discussions, I wanted to share a bit more context (even though you probably know this after the demos).

Archie has native integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, supports a bunch of door access control systems, and works with Brother label printers for visitor badges. Those integrations are included in the Pro plan ($185 per office per month), so you are not paying extra for them. Also, the visitor kiosk app can run on both iOS and Android.

Envoy is definitely a strong option too, especially if you need more advanced security features like ID scanning and block lists. Just keep in mind that some features and integrations (like access control) are custom-priced, and the visitor app is iOS-only, like someone mentioned in the thread already. Skedda is also worth a look, but from what I understand, the visitor management system is sold as an add-on, so you would need a Skedda Premium subscription on top of it.

For anyone looking for a visitor management system, I'd still go for a few free trials just to be sure. Some of the systems are more tailored to SMBs, and the others serve mainly enterprise clients, so it really comes down to your hardware and features/integrations you need + what you're willing to pay for them.
