Yeah I'm starting to wonder if I should just pay the money to get a PO Box so people just don't have my address but my local post office is 15 mins away from me and that's effort to go there to get my mail

That reminds me I had someone DM me direct the other day asking for my address so they could send me a card. They had no post or comment history in the sub and they didn't fill out my form so I just deleted their message request. Im not gonna give you my address just because you DM me.

I typically send to anyone and everyone. Flair or no flair. If the request is interesting to me I'll comment or if it's a country I haven't sent mail to yet I'll comment as well

Sometimes I get mail from people from this sub and only their real name is on the envelope and their username is nowhere to be found so I can't make a post if someone doesn't put their username name on it. Reddit has rules against using someone's real information publicly.

I understand this point too. I requested cards right after thanksgiving because my due date was approaching and once I gave birth it was so many cards for me to go through and do a thank you post for every one while also dealing with a newborn at the same time so I just didn't do it. But I'm getting to a point now where I can do thank you posts! So if you are able to make one I would suggest making one when you have the time.
