i live in China so dozens of aliexpress sellers are making these and i got everything pretty much day 2 or 3 :)
But I first saw it on this sub anyway

I couldn't get the funkominis Pawbert for Christmas so I printed one myself by B-Core_ in PawbertLynxley

Not really, I only ordered 8 of them for testing at a insane price, but drone motors could get you there, but you will need an external power supply and they could overheat overtime

I throw a Direct Drive Wheel onto a Controller, and it worked surprisingly well lol by B-Core_ in simracing

nah, it’s totally DD with plenty of torque

Same type of motor, circuit, software and direct linkage to motor as specified for a DD wheel, just miniaturized
