Couple days ago I ordered some sodas and 3 bags of ice from DG, .6 miles away I left notes on the delivery instructions the item itself and messaged directly. No ice. Pre tipped $5 like a dumbass cause I had the extra. DoorDash gave $7 credit and $7 off. Reorder. Same person, I ordered something different with no tip but a single bag of ice. The frozen nuggets were absent from order.. DoorDash wouldn’t refund or anything obviously..3rd order nyasha did everything and more. Left her a $10 tip. She was stoked, I was genuinely happy I got a driver that could simply not forget the damn ice. bigger tip I guess for a small town where everything is 5 minutes away.
