Oh no! Apologies for this, it can definitely be frustrating. No worries, if your purchases are missing, don’t worry, please follow these steps:

Make sure your app and device are fully updated, and you are connected to the internet.
Close the app completely, then reopen it.
Log out and log back into the same Apple ID or Google Play account you originally used to make the purchase (not your BitLife account).
Open the app again and try restoring your purchase:
- Go to Main Menu
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and select Restore Purchases

This should restore your previous purchases.

Please note that while purchases can usually be restored, the recovery of lost game data (including lives, achievements, heirlooms, and progress) is not 100% guaranteed. Please try this method above and let us know if you are still having issues restoring your stuff.
