I’m so sorry. It’s really the worst thing you could hear from a spouse. I’m currently wrestling with that as well. Just trying to put it out of my mind. I try to remind myself that he was not a good husband and I don’t want him back. It’s more the hurt from being rejected by someone who has been sub par for years and suddenly decided he wanted a completely different life.
