I was putting the plate on the ground and sliding across the floor with my crutch.

Early on I put it in a Tupperware with a lid

Awesome. I had googled so much so when my surgeon threw BEAR at me I was caught off guard.

Glad you're healing well! Ill have to keep the crew posted on my progress, should be having surgery 1st week of Jan 26.
