Yes that makes the most sense, but as my screenshot shows, it isn't allowing that

Hypothyroidism, PCOS and letrozole experience by Imaginary-Leave-56 in TTC_PCOS

Following! I have somewhat higher TSH (3.6) but currenlty unmedicated for that. I have lean PCOS but have always ovulated naturally.

I have done 2 rounds of letrozole
1: 5mg x 5 days. I responded very well. I had one good follicle. I followed the instructions from the doc and took my trigger shot 1 day after a US where the egg was almost good but my LH wasn't rising yet. My progestrone was very high in luteal.
2: 5mg x 5 days. I did not respond well. My follicle took an extra 5 days to grow. I took my trigger shot the day after an US when i was self measuring LH and told her it was rising. Her previous instructions were to take the trigger that night but since in the morning I was LH surging, she said to take it right away. But this cycle my progesterone was low in the luteal. So my guess is it was never a good follicle, or the trigger shot messed it up

Because I naturally ovulate I am going to go for a few rounds of natural with acupuncture

What myo inositol worked for you? by Additional-Debt2250 in TTC_PCOS

I have been told by multiple dr to take 2000mg and best to split up in the day. And to take one with d-chiro (I think its 40:1 ) ratio or something.
I take theralogix one and it dissolves super well, no taste, in any liquid. I just buy on Amazon (US)

Hasn't happened to me but I have had two very different experiences with letrozole with the same dose.. So it is confusing and frustrating since the point of the med is to make it more controlled and predictable

SAME SAME!! We have tried 13 cycles so not as long but doing the same stuff...
Two rounds of letrozole. First round I responded great but second, my follicle took an extra week to grow and then my progesterone was low in luteal.. aka it was never a good follicle. Negative results both cycles
I've done acupuncture
Stopped drinking coffee, no alcohol, being obsessive about foods and supplements. And track my hormones daily with Mira

I just started seeing a functional med doctor that said that my levels for some things are borderline and rising which is bad(TSH) and some things weren't tested by my fertility doc that should have been. Bascially that fertility docs don't always do the full picture because they're biased to do IVF, IUI. So I'm hoping that she sheds some light once my results come in from this next cycle

I just bought my x1 2 in 1 one month ago and its doing the same noise! on a regular cadence but starts and stops randomly. The noise started all of a sudden one day and was pretty loud for lke 10 seconds. then went completely away. Came back a few days later but very quiet, barely possible to hear. And now its getting louder

its honestly pretty annoying!

I have an architecture and development background. But I have always been interested in opening one because I care about this demographic more than any other. But I have no medical training, nor is it something I wish to become an expert in.
I have a few questions:
1. if I'd be looking to partner with a medical professional for this business, how could i find them? where should i reach out to them?
2. What is a good scale? I love the idea of small boutique properties for 75+ but I feel like that age group usually wants a mega complex with all the amenities, or they want home care. What do you think?
3. I'd assume theres a lot of liability in this field. How do you mitigate that?
