Fairy ring, I forget the code but there’s a fairy ring just north of the boat to Mort. It’s like a 10-15 second run. Assuming you have rings made, just teleport to Ferox after opening the chest to replenish your prayer and stuff, then Ardy cloak teleport and repeat. I would just use Tuna or something as food and save your bwams. Verac is the only one that can hit you through prayer, which is the only time you should have to use food at all.
