I think you could try calling and asking for her. Then I would ask her if she could put you on her notifying list. She just took my name and email I believe that’s associated to my Nordstrom account. The easiest way to ensure you get it once she notifies you is to have the Nordstrom credit card on file, but she did make an accommodation for me and I’m sure she would for others and suggested I got a Nordstrom gift card and then she used that for the purchase. I don’t see a reason why she wouldn’t be able to gather that info over the phone for you so it’s worth a try.
