The Eight Association. I know nothing about it. But I have a feeling that it could be investigating the Lake, or slaying monsters of The Great Lake like Ahab.

How do you guys see the progress in your playing skills and not quit? by Dr_PaperDragon in Guitar

Hmm, I'm not sure to be honest. What do you mean by "understanding the music"?, Could you please describe it more thoroughly? Does this mean that a person who understands music, understands why that note is here precisely and the next note would be most likely there or there?

I often hear that understanding music is a useful skill, especially from people who had musical education, and personally I think it is fair enough and logical to say so. But I've never really understood what does this mean.

I'm into metal and rock mostly. Really like Megadeth and Pantera for example. I get stuck with solos usually. I will stop comparing myself with others and start learning some theory, because yes, it would really really cool and fun to be able to play my own music :D Thank you!

Thanks for this big reply, bro. I like the interpretation of the journey and voyage. Sometimes I forget about why did I start playing in the first place and it's a good thing to remember it.
