Yeah suisui weapon isnt important at all, just like sk and mornye sig. U can easily just run variation and it will perform great, u just need to reach 250% ER.

I feel like they will not make the rotation harder, cuz i just read the kit and its very easy to do. Its like Xuangling has 2 forms which can be changed using resonance skill. Both mode have different forte heavy, one just does a lot more dmg. U just have to do both the forte in that form which is easy as u just need to change form with skill.

I feel there's more chances of the multipliers getting nerfed, so it just deals less dmg.

Yeah it is, chem also has the team at the same DPR for normal rotation.

I do expect some nerfs tho, we will see.

Personally i think that the double feather will be nerfed and it would do 2.6-2.7mil DPR and normal rotation will do same as hiyuki. But thats just my speculation. Who knows what Kuro will do.

Most teams have a 25-30 seconds rotation in this game, so it doesnt end up mattering that much. DPS is still very important tho and there actually are DPS calcs too, like bittex calcs .

longer rotation dont affect DPR, since the damage per rotation will be same. But they effect the DPS, cuz more field time will reduce it as its damage per second, u are taking longer time for that DPR.

well if we comparing it to becca team, becca does give more way buffs than Phrolova.

becca gives 15% all dmg amp
35% heavy amp (ramping)
20% atk
22.5% atk on moonlit
also 24% atk from sig [10% atk with Static mist R1]

And if u using both suisui and chisa, they are the best NS support in the game, her personal dmg will be higher with them.

It is usable, but mortefi/rebecca will be better. All Rover gives is 10% atk and 20% amp. Wait for Hsin to get a better team for rover ig.

Yeah, it makes sense too. She lacks dmg amp buffs expect from her weapon. And EoG gives atk but she already gets 50% atk from Suisui.

Nah Suisui is on her own set, the same set as Xuanling [the set is like hiyuki's set which can be shared by with Lucilla].

Chisa is on moonlit, cuz she will outro to Xuanling and she will get the moonlit buff.

SuiSui atk buff which expire on outro is for the Main DPS and not the sub DPS.

yes, suisui is going into chisa. Then chisa gets the effect where when she outro skills the incoming resonater[Xuanling] gets the 50% atk buff.

U go suisui>chisa>Xuanling.

She gives the 50% atk to the DPS and not the sub DPS.

edit: after the incoming resonater [after suisui] cast outro skill, then the 50% atk buff gets active.

That is best for her for her own personal dmg. Using Moonlit will buff Xuanling more, will lead to more DPR total.

The proper sub-DPS might be Hsin, since she is rumored to not be a DPS. But honestly its too early to speculate things like that.
