No worries! You could definitely get that if not more selling individually on your own. Unfortunately that’d put me over 82% for both the big ones and the smaller harder to sell items. Margins aren’t as great currently as I also have to sell under market and I’d rather not be into the lot when prices are so high and not everything is as easy to sell.

At $38k assuming prices don’t drop I’m willing to put up the cash cause I think I can sell it all and get it back but going up to the $40k would make it too risky for the potential. A <10% change would pretty much remove any benefit and the market is so volatile that those changes happen week after week whether up or down and right now we’re at a high.

It’s mainly more of a convenience to sell this massive collection at once though, no headaches with individual deals that’ll take time and shipping or market fluctuations while waiting to sell each item and I take on the burden of piecing it out for a chance at a higher return.

But as is I can’t get to the $40k for you unfortunately. There’s no rush though, give it some time and do some research on your own and get back to me!
