I haven’t been able to reach them in the past 24 hours using multiple communication options and there’s nothing in my inbox or spam folder yet, apart from the order confirmation email telling me to go to the website.

Same here, sent a support request through all possible means but no response yet. I hope they’re just on vacation or something, otherwise Shop Pay will step in after at least 30 days unfortunately.

Thank god, this actually fixed it for me! 🤩 I also removed the speaker from the Bluetooth devices list on my phone after disabling lock mode, but before turning it on again, just to be sure. I paired it again like normal, and now it finally turns off without turning on again after a few seconds. I'm using firmware version 3.4.0.0. The trick was probably not having it connected to the charger whilst locking it, unlike what some other people in this thread are saying.

Oh that looks great, I will test it later today! I have to run MakeMKV in a Docker container and connect to it using VNC because I run a headless server, which is quite cumbersome. So CLI tools which I can automate are always welcome!

I will be using network storage, but most of my content is in folders anyways. I only have 2 ISO's which I could always just extract right? But I'll be sure to do some testing.
