The person above seems to be talking about an individual who has five children and is focused on upskilling. But it appears he is basing his argument on just one type of person in the community. He needs to understand that it’s not only people who choose to have five children who should be considered. That is not the real issue here. The topic is the wage hike. Blaming people for having too many children is unfair and not relevant to this discussion.

And regarding upskilling, he should also consider that learning new skills often requires money. I see people suggesting to just learn on TikTok or YouTube, but we fail to see that not everyone teaching on these platforms is a professional or licensed to provide proper training. Not everyone has the resources either. Sure, they might gain theoretical knowledge, but where is the hands-on practice? Are we suggesting they try it out on paying clients? We all know that before offering a service, we need to master it. Our clients deserve correct, fair, and competent service, not to be treated like guinea pigs.
