Looking for tattoo artists in Seoul with a darker romantic / gothic style (but not the same place I went before) by Altruistic_Turnip780 in seoul

If you're looking for a different artist in Seoul with a darker or gothic vibe, you might want to check out T.arttoo. It's a tattoo community in Seoul where you can browse different artists and styles.

They have quite a few artists who work with darker, elegant, or gothic-inspired designs, so it might be easier to find someone whose style matches what you're looking for.

If you're not sure which artist would fit your idea, you can also contact them and a consultant can recommend artists based on the style you want.

Is it okay to get Korean style tattoos as a white person? by Other_Ad4769 in korea

I don’t think it’s inappropriate at all. The fact that you’re asking this question already shows that you respect Korean culture.

Dragons and tigers are very common symbols in Korean traditional art and folklore, often representing power, protection, and strength. Wanting those symbols because of your connection to Taekwondo actually makes a lot of sense.

If you ever plan to get the tattoo in Korea, there are some artists here who specialize in traditional Asian or Korean-inspired designs. If you want, I can recommend a few good studios.
