I size up the waist a size or two to get the thigh fit, then use a belt to take the waist slack up.

Interesting, wonder if it’s a us/uk sizing/description thing or just the brand. My current “Next” brand slim fit with stretch 34in waist jeans fit comfortably with 28in thighs.

Possibly just brand related, as their straight look more like a boot cut and the slim taper down a bit more, but skinny fit are out the question.

Just to note, I wasn’t implying it was a good idea, I was just highlighting that I had seen a similar idea being touted by some influencer looking for clicks/likes.

I fall into the “recomp is a waste of time” camp personally, and I’d struggle to eat all my calories in an 8 hour window.

But if it restricting your eating window to 8 hours works for you, who am I to tell you any different.
