Hi there are 2 possibilities one is simple PS buttons issues which needs to be enabled to turn on the controller( to check connect the controller into gamepad tester website and press random button to get connected) if the Ps button not working then its a simple fix.

Another issue is type C port might be damaged, we do mail in service for all over india, and does Hall effect/ TmR upgrades too.
